I was really impressed with the value we got for our money; the room was spacious and comfortable, making our stay very enjoyable. The location was perfect-just a short walk to all the main attractions, and the staff, although limited in number, were friendly and helpful whenever we interacted with them.
The breakfast experience could definitely use some options, like coffee or tea in the lobby.

Very amiable people.
Unique base for 5 nights. Stylish, huge room with a fine bathroom. Had good a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a microwave. Excellent and incredible location a short walk to Tokudai-ji. Easy to find, a short walk to the train station.

The room was pretty spacious and had a nice layout, perfect for our group. I loved the little kitchenette; it was handy for quick snacks! Plus, being close to two subway lines and both a 7/11 and Familymart made it so easy to grab what we needed when we were out and about.
Now, here’s where it got messy. The self-check-in was super confusing, especially with no staff around to help! there’s only one key for the whole room for seven of us, which was just ridiculous. If someone lost it, good luck getting back in—seriously, not cool. And don't even get me started on the lighting; it was way too dark to be comfortable!

The hotel was an ideal place for enjoying a business area, just next door to the train station, and parks. Last time I stopped, had well furnished and big room with kitchen. The location was excellent and fantastic, a 10-15 minute walk from Ameya-Yokocho Open-Air Market.
The bed of mine was very uncomfortable.

missingWrote a review on 30 Novtight space
Space in the room felt quite tight when rolling in a pram, particularly due to the bathroom being right next to the entrance. Could be tricky to find initially. Once there, noting the lack of luggage storage post-checkout and having no nearby lockers is inconvenient. There's also no cover between the hotel and the train station.

The room was clean and airy, with a
Nice layout that easily accommodated our family of five. The location was peaceful yet close to local train stations was nice. The check-in process felt a bit impersonal with no staff physically present.

I totally recommend this hotel.

The location near Ueno shopping street saved us so much time. Just a quick five-minute walk to multiple convenience stores and great dining options. The room had a modern design, and I loved the bunk beds! Water pressure in the shower was excellent too. Cleanliness was a concern. Found stains on the sofa, which wasn't appealing. Arriving late, the ambience felt off due to dusting issues, as my daughter even complained about coughing. Despite the lovely space, a thorough cleaning would enhance the experience. The check-in process felt chaotic since it took too long due to only one person at the front desk. It would be smoother if they had more staff available. This place has potential but needs attention to detail in cleanliness and service efficiency.

Is it hype or the real deal?
Comfortably spacious rooms make family stays enjoyable, while proximity to multiple train lines simplifies exploring Tokyo. The kitchenettes allow for easy meal preparations and convenient laundry services enhance the overall experience.
The virtual check-in process can be frustrating, especially without in-person assistance, and amenities like limited towels per guest feel inadequate during longer stays. Requests for additional supplies involve delays, hampering the service experience.

The virtual concierge service proved effective, awesome for easy requests like new towels. The location is convenient, nestled between Ueno and Okachimachi stations, both reachable within a short walk. The room was very clean, and the amenities, including a fridge and kettle, were particularly useful for my work trip.
The check-in process is entirely virtual, which can feel impersonal.

The hotel's proximity to Ueno Station made it convenient for exploring Tokyo, especially with a family in tow.
The mattresses were not very comfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep after long days of sightseeing.

This place was just an appropriate option for exploring Tokyo at a reasonable value. The strong water pressure in the shower made for a refreshing start to the day. Turn on the air conditioning early to help with any lingering odors in the room.
